- 2 Greek yogurt cups
- 20 g of Freeze dried banana Lio Mart®
- 30 g of Freeze dried strawberry Lio Mart®
- Add in a blender the 3 ingredients and liquefy until obtaining liquid consistency or if you prefer, you can also add ice to obtain thicker consistency and get the result in less time.
- We empty our mixture in a container, add small pieces of lyophilized strawberry and revolve.
- We freeze a whole night and voila.
