Freeze Dried Strawberry Icecream

Ingredients:

• 2 Greek yogurt cups
• 20 g of Freeze dried banana Lio Mart®
• 30 g of Freeze dried strawberry Lio Mart®

Process:

1. Add in a blender the 3 ingredients and liquefy until obtaining liquid consistency or if you prefer, you can also add ice to obtain thicker consistency and get the result in less time.
2. We empty our mixture in a container, add small pieces of lyophilized strawberry and revolve.
3. We freeze a whole night and voila.
