- 1 cup of water

- For the base in a bowl we add cinnamon, honey and oatmeal and mix until the ingredients are in a thick consistency
- Add the water to the banana to rehydrate it and when it is ready we cast it, add it to the mixture and revolve.
- We add the mixture in our mold and make the shape before baking at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
